I received my graduate degree from NYU and began my career as a psychotherapist working in outpatient settings serving low-income New Yorkers suffering from major mental health issues. I then pursued my psychoanalytic training at The Training Institute for Mental Health, where I served as a psychotherapist to adults and teenagers facing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and complicated grief.
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist which means that I am trained in many techniques and I integrate them with my clients based on their unique goals. In addition to receiving my certificate in psychodynamic psychoanalysis, I have also received advanced training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and mindfulness approaches.

I am an out-of-network provider. After we discuss the fee in our consultation meeting, I advise you to reach out to your insurance company and inquire about your out-of-network benefits, as some insurance companies cover all or part of mental health sessions.
